Rodina Builders will handle all aspects of construction from start to end. The Project Manager assigned to your project will be your direct contact and on site daily. The Project Manager is the key contact for all sub-contractors, vendors, consultants and city inspectors. At the start of your project you will be assigned a construction schedule that will be reviewed and adjusted at weekly scheduled meetings. Our office provides monthly invoicing, manages lien releases, insurance certificates and confirms licensing of contractors.
